What are your candles made from?
Our candles are formulated with sustainably sourced coconut wax and a bespoke blend of fragrance oils and our vessels are glass and metal unless stated.
Why coconut wax?
We chose to use coconut wax in our candles (rather than soy or paraffin) as we believe it is more environmentally friendly, more sustainable and provides a better fragrance experience.
Why is the top of my candle bumpy?
One of the quirks of using pure coconut wax in our candles is that it can result in a slightly lumpy surface, we believe this is due to the very low melting point of coconut wax vs other common candle waxes.
How will my order be shipped?
More often than not your order will be shipped in re-used, recycled or recyclable materials through courierpost or fastway/aramex. You will be notified of your tracking number and if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us
When will my order be shipped?
Orders will usually be shipped out the next business day however this is subject to the volume of orders we recieve. Pickups are available from Meadowbank, Auckland and special courier arrangements can be made if needed, just send us an email or DM and we will figure out a solution that works!
